AI that acts on your processes, not outside them.

Bounded-autonomy agents whose tool surface is defined by your business rules. Every action anchored. Human-in-the-loop checkpoints configurable. EU AI Act Articles 11/13/14 documentation generated automatically from the audit chain.

The agent can only do what your business rules allow.

Most agentic frameworks rely on prompt engineering to keep the agent inside the lines. That works for the demo. It does not survive the regulator's review. TeamSync's tool surface is declared in business rules and enforced at the platform layer. The agent cannot take actions outside the surface — not because it is instructed not to, but because the actions are not reachable.

The agent reads only what the user can read.

Every retrieval made by the agent is bounded by the permissions of the user on whose behalf the agent is acting — at retrieval time, for every action. The agent does not have its own elevated permissions. What the user cannot see, the agent cannot access on their behalf.

Configurable review gates at the thresholds you set.

Human-in-the-loop checkpoints are platform-layer, not application-layer. They cannot be bypassed. Set thresholds by claim value, risk category, document type, or any attribute the business rules can express. Above threshold: the agent pauses, the reviewer is notified, and the action waits for approval.

Articles 11/13/14 documentation generated from the chain.

EU AI Act compliance documentation for high-risk AI systems — system description, technical documentation, human oversight evidence — is generated automatically from the audit chain. Every agent action is already anchored. The documentation is a chain export, not a manual narrative constructed months after deployment.

What changes when agents are bounded by architecture.

90% faster first-pass processing

Claims triage, contract first-pass review, quality event routing — the agent handles the classification and routing; the human handles the judgment. Cycle times collapse.

The agent cannot exceed its authority

Tool surface enforcement is structural. No prompt can override a business rule. The auditor's question — "what was the agent allowed to do?" — has a declarative answer.

EU AI Act compliant by design

Every action anchored. Every refusal anchored. Human oversight evidence generated from the chain. The high-risk-system documentation is a query, not a project.

Where customers deploy agentic AI first.

Financial Services

Claims team processes 85% faster with bounded triage agent

The agent reads incoming claims, classifies against the taxonomy, routes to the correct handler, and escalates above defined value thresholds. Every action anchored. Human reviewers focus on edge cases.

Healthcare

Credentialing team cuts cycle time by 4x with document agent

The agent collects credentialing documents, checks completeness against the required checklist, and flags missing items for follow-up — without requiring the credentialing officer to track each case manually.

Faster credentialing cycle
Legal

Contract first-pass review from days to hours

The agent flags risk clauses against the playbook, summarises key terms, and routes high-risk contracts to senior review — with every classification anchored and defensible.

vs 3 days manual review
