For military records, legal files, and government documents, "we take security seriously" is not a deployment model.
Most enterprise AI platforms route your documents through shared inference pipelines. Your confidential merger documents, your patient records, your classified case files — they are processed on shared infrastructure, by a shared model, alongside the documents of every other customer.
TeamSync's security architecture is built on one principle: your data never leaves the boundary you define.
Air-gapped and on-premise deployment
TeamSync can be deployed in fully air-gapped environments — no internet connectivity required, no outbound data flows, no shared inference. This is not a configuration option on a cloud-first platform — it is a first-class deployment target with dedicated architecture, deployment tooling, and operational runbooks.
- No shared AI inference pipelines. AI processing runs on your infrastructure, on your hardware, under your security controls.
- Bring-your-own-key (BYOK) encryption. You hold the encryption keys. TeamSync holds no master key. Key rotation and destruction are under your control.
- Private cloud or on-premise — your choice. TeamSync deploys into your AWS VPC, Azure private tenant, GCP private environment, or your own data center.

Quantum-secure encryption roadmap
NIST finalised its first post-quantum cryptography standards in 2024. TeamSync is on a defined roadmap to support CRYSTALS-Kyber for key encapsulation and CRYSTALS-Dilithium for digital signatures — the same standards being adopted by US federal agencies. For defence and intelligence customers, this is not a future consideration. It is a current procurement requirement.
